Server  - Boots England (This will become the home server of the DSA for now. Future penguin battles will add other penguin home servers to our empire.)

If you show up at the party, and I like your attitude, I can consider making a recommendation for your membership for the upcoming N.H.P.A (No Hack Program Agency) when it starts. 

If you do not come to the party , and you would like to be considered for an agent role , then please send me ten postcards of your choice(hundered coins) and post explaining why you want to join and feelings about hack programs. I will then consider making recommendation for your membership in N.H.P.A.
